Perogy day


Well today I made a dutch oven pot of potato mixture for perogies, going to have some for supper, they are alot of work but so worth it.

Dough:

2 eggs beaten
2 tsps. salt
1 Tablespoon vinegar
1 cup oil
3 cups warm water
9 cups flour (no more no less)
Combine all and kneed for about 3-4 mins and let rest for 10 mins.

Potato Mixture:
potatoes to fill dutch oven pot cooked
3/4 of a large jar of cheese whiz
1/2 cup marg
3 med graded onions
Usually cook this day before I make the perogies.
